Taylor Fireplace

We are so happy with the gas fireplace Energy Products and Design installed for us in December 2009. The project was extremely well-planned out and all aspects of the work were completed very professionally – from the initial planning with the salesperson to all the detail work provided by the various tradesmen.  Our knowledgeable salesperson worked with us so we could stay within our budget and time frame and the result was fabulous – all in time for Christmas.

We are very happy we chose Energy Products and Design to assist us with our fireplace project.  Their knowledge of their products and their friendly, personal service made our task of choosing and having a gas fireplace installed a really positive experience.  The design services offered coupled with the great showroom displays helped us decide on just the right mantel and surround for the whole project.  Thanks to the whole team that sold, installed, serviced, and finished the fireplace.  Not only does the fireplace perform well, but it looks great too!

We worked with William (Willie) O’Neil who was extremely helpful and easy to work with during the whole process.  His attention to detail and flexibility helped our basement project turn out looking like we had envisioned.

Our contractor recommended for us to work with Energy Products and Design.

During the summer of 2008 we discovered a mold problem in the wall that contained our fireplace.  Consequently we needed to replace that wall, our fireplace and our fireplace chimney.  Our contractor recommended for us to work with Energy Products and Design.

The staff at Energy Products was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Willie ONeil came to our home to discuss fireplace options.    He gave us ideas and was more than willing to listen to our ideas.  We never felt pushed or that we were being sold products we didn’t need.  The craftsman who put our fireplace stone on was excellent.  We would highly recommend Energy Products and Design to anyone.

We love the fireplace…

Willie,

Things are well, it’s nice to have the house 95% finished;  after 1 + years it looks and feels like a home.  The only thing missing is our wood stove; hope to still get this purchased and installed soon!  When we’re ready we will definetely be calling Energy Products.
