JoAnn and I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Brent of Rochester’s Energy Products. Our daughter and son-in-law drove to Rochester from Minneapolis to help us assemble our recently purchased pergola. It was Saturday and we had just put the second cross piece in place for the roof when a wind gust blew the piece to the ground splintering it. I called Energy Products to see if a replacement piece was available. Since it was Saturday, their supplier was closed for the weekend. We could not proceed with the construction without the base piece for the roof. Shortly after the phone call Brent Buchan was out at our house and surveyed the situation. He went back to the showroom and disassembled their model, retrieving the needed piece and delivered it to our home. He saved the day for us. We were able to continue with the assembly and completed the project by 4pm that day. We are very grateful for his customer service above and beyond the call.
