Our gas fireplace runs hotter and more efficiently after Kolton serviced it, because now there's more flame in the line of sight which increases the radiation heat flow.

We did have a repair issue on one fireplace and he resolved it quickly and parts with him. Efficient! He was prepared and had drop cloths and cleaned up after him!
